Have you ever been driven to a specific moment in your past and suddenly, what seems like a mental image, a mental snapshot, brings you forgotten feelings and emotions ... as real as if you were still there?

It is as if, even if you spend a lot of time between this mental image and the place where you are today, between the person at that moment and the person you have become, that memory still has a strong control over you.

If the memory is good, then all the feelings that surround it give a feeling of well-being, happiness, peace, comfort or affection; but if the memory is not positive, then you feel those butterflies in your stomach, your heart beats strongly, the feelings begin to bubble ... and suddenly your day has irreversibly ruined, or you face a loved one or simply, You feel heavy and depressed.

Have you ever wondered why this happens and how it works?

Well, I'm here to put my little penny. The other day I surprised myself by reliving one of these very clear images and, suddenly, I was 14 years old again. It is as if time had not passed: I was transported to the time and place of memory. Fortunately, it was a good one and I have done a lot of self-healing, so the attached emotions and feelings were nice and neutral (that is, not loaded); I could see the past and none of the unresolved problems or the peripheral problems within that age appeared, as happens when I am ready for more cures. But as I was surprised to see it, feel it and think about it, I deliberately clung to it while I waited for answers or inspiration about it. I, once again, was like a dog with a bone, determined to clarify another metaphysical or energetic mystery.

We all know about the chakras, or at least, we have heard what they are: spinning wheels of energy that connect the physical body with the lighter energy bodies of which our aura is composed. One of these chakras is called the solar plexus and is placed in the mouth of the stomach, just below the sternum or flat chest bone.

Each chakra also has a color and, therefore, resonates with something of the same tone or vibration: food, clothes, atmosphere ... so that we can alter the functioning, speed and rotation of our chakras by altering the colors that we surround Then we can change the related emotions and the way we feel in the present moment with respect to a past experience, which, in spite of everything, changes our present reality when we change an old pattern of behavior. The color of the solar plexus in particular is yellow.

So let's dive into this yellow whirlpool and go on a journey into the past.

Most of the time we think that our memories are stored in our brain, so that when there are unpleasant parts of our life that we want to block, we store them in a part of our brain, close the door and throw the key in the hope that We should never do it. Face them or deal with them again. But because we are psychosomatic units (the mind affects the body and the body to the mind) unfortunately we can not do this forever, even if we manage to do it for a while. In any case, while we are doing this, we are creating a block of energy that affects our body in proportion to the amount of time we cling to it or refuse to integrate it into our mind / body / spirit structure.

However, not all memories are stored in our minds: our entire body, every cell that is in it, is alive and has intelligence ... and each of them also has memories. Then, when we refuse or can not handle a certain memory, the energy is blocked and a shadow is created (a hidden part of us that we are not recognizing), not only in the part of our mind where it is blocked but also in the organs corresponding and other bodily functions (blood circulation, nervous or lymphatic systems, etc.).

As the body functions as a unit, we can not cut a part of it without the rest feeling it, react to it. First, one can not heal the solar plexus area if a certain healing has not been performed in the heart chakra.

The heart chakra is the center of compassion and unconditional love. The first rule to heal is compassion towards oneself: look back on the past and realize that we did the best we could with the tools we had at that time. In retrospect, everyone could have done better or they would have / would not have said it, it would have done otherwise ... When we feel compassion for ourselves, forgiveness begins and the heart chakra expands. For more information, visit https://traduka.com
